This result has put the girls into the Final of the Shield which will be played on 21st May 2011 at Complete Football against Bedlington Town.

We would also like to welcome Taylor S to our squad and we are sure she will be a great addition.

We did not have a game this week but we have been busy over the weekend.

On Friday the girls took part in the NCYP 4v4 tournament at Newcastle United's training centre.

We entered two teams for the event and there was tough competition as this was against u14 teams.

Our girls came 2nd and 3rd in the tournament, just losing out in the final on sudden death penalties, but as you can see fun was had by all teams on the day and having the chance to meet Shola Ameobi.

 

A big thank you goes to staff and shoppers of BnM in Blaydon as they helped the girls raise £402 at the weekend doing a bag pack!
